Install GitHub for Windows and Python
Start GitHub for Windows and create a new repository Qiita
Add update.py to the repository and rewrite the contents ʻuser` to your id
Open Qiita on GitHub for Windows, start Git Shell with ʻopen a shell here in the tools menu, and execute python update.py`
